Income from ticket sales covers only 17% of our annual operating budget - we rely on contributions from sponsors, foundations, and the generosity of exceptional individuals like you to continue to present the best in cutting edge contemporary performance.

There is so much to love about the Festival, from seeing world class artists like France's Jérôme Bel and New York's The Wooster Group, to getting to know Philadelphia-based artists like Headlong Dance Theater and Pig Iron Theatre Company, to exploring 150+ Philly Fringe offerings that run the gamut from puppetry to performance art year after year.

Donations from individuals and corporations go towards the following costs:

  • Production budgets, including sets, lights, and sound.
  • Supporting local artists' work
  • Audience engagement activities
  • College student outreach initiatives
  • International artists' visas, travel and airfare
